Guidance for the implementation of WFD Article 11, 3l
The following draft version of the guidance for the implementation of WFD article 11, 3L shows the current stage of projcet work. This concept was also be presented and discussed in the European River Commissions, together with EU-expert and other concerned committees (e.g. UNECE Joint ad hoc expert group on water and industrial accidents).
The chain links of the "Safety chain - Risk Management Water Path" will be differ between "authority (yellow markings) - and plant operator (red markings) responsibilities. The "yellow markings" indicate the authority responsibilities. The red markings" indicate the plant operator responsibilities.
